This new real estate project is a new pre-construction mixed-use development containing a residential condo, townhomes, a commercial zone and public green spaces. This project will be brought to you by VANDYK Group of Companies. The indicated mid-rise building will have 12 storeys and will consist of 397 units, in addition to 12 townhomes.
