Park Place

The next phase of SmartVMC’s 100-acre master-planned community in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is Park Place VMC. A mixed-use residential and retail development on 1.7 acres of land. Hariri Pontarini Architects designed two towers (48 and 56 stories) with a three-level podium and three levels of underground parking. The north tower, which fronts New Park Place and overlooks SmartVMC’s proposed 9-acre central park, takes up an entire block. The northeast corner of Highway 7 and Commerce Street will soon be home to Park Place VMC.
