Downtown Toronto condos in the Niagara neighbourhood are about to get some major benefits, making this a fantastic spot to call home. The city has recently released plans to design a park immediately south of the property, and directly across the street, a 5-acre master-planned development has been proposed.
Farther down the block, the Garrison Crossing is being built, a cycling and pedestrian bridge that will connect much of the downtown west end and provide seamless access to the neighbourhood’s parks. The area scores a 94 on its Walk Score and a perfect 100 on its transit score with access to both the Bathurst and King streetcars, the latter of which is undergoing a pilot study that has already decreased commute times for riders. For drivers, the Gardiner Expressway is easy to access as well.
Being within blocks of King Street West is a huge bonus for this condominium. A high-energy urban stretch that features some of the city’s most sought-after clubs, restaurants and galleries, it’s also a popular area for creative and technology-based companies.

Aspen Ridge Homes has been developing properties throughout the GTA for over 25 years. With a strong portfolio of single-family homes, residential communities and, increasingly, contemporary high-rises, they bring a thoughtful and creative vision to each of their projects. With successful buildings in some of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods, they pride themselves on embracing technological innovations, inclusive design and quality customer service.
