Across the street is Bernard Station, a terminal bus stop for YRT and VIVA buses operating along Yonge St. Riders can take rapid bus transit south to Finch Station while passing Richmond Hill Centre or travel north to Newmarket Terminal. The Yonge North subway expansion, which is currently underway, will see subway service extended from Finch Station to Richmond Hill Centre, meaning that real estate along Yonge St can be expected to increase in value upon the completion of this transit line. Soon, residents can enjoy access to the TTC subway just 7 km away!
