According to Ochshorn, the name “Curated Properties” came about as part of their company philosophy, which sees the development and sales process as one that should be seamless, customized and comfortable, like a piece of art being exquisitely cared for. That being said, the term “curated” could just as easily refer to the organization’s choosy nature, opting to create intimate and unusual homes, instead of conventional skyscrapers on mainstream downtown lots.
