Graywood Developments is a private investment management and real estate developer based out of Toronto. Their priority is to make strong investments in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. The investments are made privately and with co-ownerships. They are an award winning company, with their project Five Condos receiving particular attention. Five won the High-Rise Project of the Year, Best High-Rise Building Design, and Best Model Suite at the 2011 BILD Awards. It was lauded for it’s smooth oscillating texture that resembles a sound wave as it surges into the sky.
This variety of expertise has allowed them to develop over 25,000 housing units that account for $4 billion. They currently have 1,800 low-rise residences, and 2,900 condos that are worth $2 billion. They asset manage Toronto’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and own 370,000 square feet of retail space. Surely this can be credited to Price’s oversight of the company’s growth and operations.
